Everything you need to open a store on the XiriGo marketplace, list products, manage orders, and track your earnings — all in one panel.
Welcome to the XiriGo Vendor Panel
The XiriGo Vendor Panel is a management dashboard designed specifically for merchants and businesses selling on the XiriGo marketplace. With this panel, you can:
- List your products on the marketplace
- Track and ship your customers' orders
- See how much you've earned and follow up on payments
- Reply to customer messages and questions
- Create coupons and campaigns
- Analyse your store's performance
This panel is for sellers (vendors) and their teams. There is a separate panel for admins who manage the XiriGo platform. If you are a platform administrator, please refer to the Admin Panel documentation.
How Does XiriGo Work? (The Basics)
XiriGo is a marketplace platform. Just like Trendyol, Amazon, or eBay, multiple sellers offer their products on the same platform. Here's how it works:
Products on XiriGo live in a central catalogue. For example, "iPhone 15 Pro Max 256GB - Black" is defined as a product in the system.
If you want to sell that product, you create an offer for it. In your offer, you set your own price, stock quantity, and shipping details. For example: "iPhone 15 Pro Max 256GB - Black, €1,299, 15 units in stock, free shipping".
When a customer searches for this product, they see all sellers' offers. They can choose you based on price, shipping time, and your seller rating.
When a customer places an order, you receive a notification. You accept the order, prepare it, and hand it over to the courier.
After the order is delivered, the platform commission is deducted from your sales amount and the remaining balance is paid into your bank account.
Panel Features — What Can You Do?
Order Management
Accept incoming orders, prepare them, and ship them out. Handle return and cancellation requests. Track every step of your orders in real time.
Offer (Product) Management
Create offers for products in the catalogue. Set your price, stock, and shipping options. Perform bulk stock updates.
Finance & Payments
View your balance, check your commission rates, review past transactions, and follow your payment schedule.
Analytics & Reports
Review your sales charts, see your best-selling products, track stock alerts, and learn where your customers are coming from.
Coupons & Campaigns
Create discount coupons, run flash sale campaigns, and set up promotions like "buy 2 get 1 free".
Communication Centre
Reply to customer messages, answer product questions, open support tickets, and manage disputes.
Store Management
Edit your store profile, respond to customer reviews, and configure your notification and shipping settings.
Team Management
Invite your staff to the panel, assign roles (Owner, Manager, Staff). Define who can do what.
Take Your First Steps
If you're joining XiriGo for the first time, follow these steps:
Enter your store name, email address, and password to register. Your application will be reviewed by the platform team (usually 1–3 business days).
You cannot log into the panel until your application is approved. You'll be notified by email once it's approved.
When you log in for the first time, a 4-step setup wizard greets you: company details, bank details, tax information, and store branding. You cannot start selling products until you complete these steps.
Pick a product from the catalogue, enter your price and stock, set up your shipping — and start selling!
Key Concepts (What You Need to Know)
Knowing these concepts before you start using the panel will make things much easier:
What Is an Offer?
On XiriGo, you don't create products directly. Instead, you place offers on existing products in the platform catalogue. For example:
The catalogue has a "Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra - 512GB Black" product. You want to sell it for €1,150 with 10 units in stock and free shipping. To do this, you create an "offer".
Multiple sellers can place offers on the same product. The customer picks the best offer based on price and seller rating.
What Is Commission?
The platform takes a commission on every sale. The rate depends on your subscription plan and the product category.
Example: You made a sale of €100. If your commission rate is 12%:
- Platform commission: €12
- You keep: €88

What Are XiriPoints?
XiriPoints is XiriGo's customer loyalty programme. A small percentage of each sale goes into a customer points fund. Customers can use these points on their future purchases. This system:
- Encourages customers to shop again
- Means more sales for you
- The cost is shared with the platform (you don't bear it alone)
What Is Seller Tier?
Based on your performance, you are assigned a seller tier:

Factors that affect your tier: order acceptance speed, return rate, customer review score, and message response time.
Language Options
The Vendor Panel is available in 4 languages:

To change the language: click your profile menu in the top right corner and select your language from the "Language" option.
Dark Mode
You can use dark mode to reduce eye strain. Toggle it on and off by clicking the moon/sun icon in the top right corner. Your preference is saved automatically.
Mobile Compatibility
The Vendor Panel also works on phones and tablets. All pages adapt to mobile screens. You can accept orders and reply to messages even while on the go.
