Offer Management
Creating offers for products, setting prices and stock, shipping settings, bulk updates, and offer history. Every step explained in detail.
Offer Management
The way to sell products on XiriGo is by creating offers. This page explains everything from the offer concept to creating one, from pricing to stock management.
What Is an Offer? (Key Concept)
On XiriGo, you don't create products directly. The platform already has a product catalogue. You place offers on products in this catalogue.
Real-life example:
The catalogue has an "Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max 256GB - Natural Titanium" product. If you want to sell it, you create an offer:
- Price: €1,299
- Stock: 15 units
- Shipping: Free shipping, dispatched within 2 business days
Another seller can create a different offer for the same product:
- Price: €1,249
- Stock: 8 units
- Shipping: €5 shipping, 3 business days
The customer sees both offers and chooses one.
You can only have one active offer per product variant. For example, you can create separate offers for the black and white colours of the same phone, but you cannot create two offers for the black colour.
Offer List
When you click Sales > Offers in the left menu, a table showing all your offers opens.
Table Columns
| Column | What It Shows | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Product Image | A small photo of the product | [photo] |
| Product Name | Product name and variant info | Nike Air Max 90 - Black / 42 |
| SKU | Stock code | NAM90-BLK-42 |
| Price | Your selling price | €129.90 |
| Compare-at Price | Original/list price (shown with strikethrough) | |
| Stock | Current stock quantity. Shown in red if low | 3 units |
| Status | Active (green) or Inactive (grey) toggle | 🟢 Active |
| Shipping Type | Shipping method label | Free Shipping |
Filtering
You can narrow down your offers using the filter button above the table:
| Filter | Options | What It Does |
|---|---|---|
| Status | Active, Inactive, All | View only active or inactive offers |
| Low Stock | On/Off | View offers below the stock threshold |
| Shipping Type | Standard, Express, Free, Freight | Filter by shipping type |
| Category | Electronics, Clothing, etc. | Filter by product category |
| Brand | Apple, Samsung, Nike, etc. | Filter by brand |
You can use multiple filters at the same time. The number above the filter button shows how many filters are active. Click "Clear Filters" to reset all filters.
Creating a New Offer (Step by Step)
Click the "New Offer" button in the top right. A 2-step wizard opens:
Step 1: Product Selection
On this screen, you browse the platform's product catalogue and select the product you want to sell.
Type the product name, SKU, or barcode in the search bar. For example: "iPhone 15" or "NAM90-BLK".
Results are listed instantly. Each result shows the product image, name, and available variants.
Clicking opens the product's variants. For example:
- iPhone 15 Pro Max 256GB Black
- iPhone 15 Pro Max 256GB White
- iPhone 15 Pro Max 512GB Black
- iPhone 15 Pro Max 512GB White
Choose the variant you want to sell. If you already have an offer for this variant, you'll see a "Offer Exists" warning and won't be able to select it.
You'll proceed to step 2.
Can't find the product you want in the catalogue? You can open a support ticket to request that the product be added. Go to Communication > Support and select the "Product Addition Request" category. Support →
Step 2: Offer Details
On this screen, you fill in 3 sections: Pricing, Stock, and Shipping.
Pricing
| Field | Required? | Description | Example |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | Yes | The selling price customers will see. Must be greater than zero. | €129.90 |
| Compare-at Price | No | The original/list price. If you enter one, a "% off" label is shown on the marketplace. Must be greater than your selling price. | €159.90 |
Example calculation:
Selling Price: €129.90
Compare-at Price: €159.90
Discount Rate: 19% (automatically calculated and displayed)Tip
Offers showing 15% or more discount get a "Discounted" label in search results and attract more customer attention. Entering a compare-at price can boost your sales.
Stock Management
| Field | Required? | Description | Example |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stock Quantity | Yes | Current stock count. Must be at least 1 to make the offer active. | 25 |
| Low Stock Threshold | No | You'll receive an alert when stock drops below this number. Default: 5 | 5 |
| Minimum Order | No | The minimum quantity a customer must buy. Default: 1 | 1 |
| Maximum Order | No | The maximum quantity a customer can buy in a single order. Leave blank for no limit. | 10 |
What happens when stock reaches zero? Your offer automatically becomes inactive and customers can no longer see the product. When you add stock, you'll need to reactivate the offer.
Stock management tips:
- Set a realistic low stock threshold (enough stock to cover the time until you can restock)
- For example: if you sell 10 units per week and your resupply time is 1 week, your threshold should be at least 10
Shipping Settings
| Field | Required? | Description | Example |
|---|---|---|---|
| Shipping Type | Yes | Options: Standard, Express, Free Shipping, Freight (for large items) | Standard |
| Preparation Time | Yes | How many business days you need to ship the product: 1, 2, 3, or 5 days | 2 days |
| Ship From | Yes | Which city/region you're shipping from | Valletta, Malta |
Shipping Types:
- Standard: Normal shipping rates apply (based on carrier rates)
- Express: Fast delivery (higher cost)
- Free Shipping: You cover the shipping cost (customers love this!)
- Freight: For large items like furniture or appliances

A detailed history is kept for every offer. Click the "History" tab on the offer detail page.

Offer history is kept indefinitely. You can use this data together with the Analytics page to analyse how price changes have affected your sales volume.

- Download the sample CSV file
- Open the CSV file in Excel or Google Sheets
- Enter the SKUs and new stock quantities
- Save and upload the file
- The system previews the changes — review and click "Apply"
Tip
Bulk stock updates are ideal for sellers who do regular stock counts every week. Download the CSV file, enter your stock numbers, and update all your offers in one go.
