Dashboard (Home Page)

The Dashboard is the first page you see when you log into the panel. You can get a quick overview of your store's daily status at a glance. You can return to this page at any time by clicking the "Dashboard" link in the left menu.

Summary Cards

At the top of the page, there are 5 summary cards. Each card displays a different metric:

box

Today's Orders

What it shows: The total number of orders received today (from 00:00 until now).

Example: If the card shows "5", it means 5 new orders have come in today.

What you should do: Click the number to go directly to the order list. Don't forget to accept new orders — orders not accepted within 48 hours are automatically cancelled!

Today's Revenue

What it shows: The total value of today's orders (in EUR, before commission is deducted).

Example: If you see "€234.50", it means you've received €234.50 worth of orders today. Commission will be deducted from this amount.

Note: This figure is your gross (raw) revenue. For the net amount you'll actually receive, check the Finance page.

Alert Panels

The Dashboard has 3 important alert panels that need your attention:

Low Stock Alert

Offers whose stock has dropped below the threshold you set are listed here.

Information ShownDescription
Product name and variantWhich product has low stock
Current stockHow many units are left
ThresholdThe alert limit you set

Example: "iPhone 15 Case - Black: 3 units (threshold: 5)" — This product is triggering an alert because its stock has dropped below 5.

What you should do: Click the product name to go directly to the offer page and update your stock. When stock reaches zero, your offer is automatically deactivated and customers can no longer see the product!

Pending Cancellation Requests

Orders where customers have requested cancellation but you haven't responded yet.

What you should do: Review each cancellation and use the "Approve Cancellation" or "Reject Cancellation" option. Responding quickly positively affects your seller score.

Pending Return Requests

Orders where customers have requested a return but you haven't responded yet.

What you should do: Review the return reason and evidence, then use the "Approve Return" or "Reject Return" option.

You must respond to cancellation and return requests within 48 hours. Unanswered requests are automatically resolved in the customer's favour and deducted from your balance.
