Finance Overview
On the Finance > Overview page, you can see your store's financial status at a glance.
Balance Cards
At the top of the page, there are 4 summary cards:
Available Balance
What it means: The amount of money currently available to be withdrawn to your bank account. This amount will be included in your next payout cycle.
Example: If you see 1,250.00 EUR, that's how much will be deposited in the next payout.
Pending Balance
What it means: Money from your new sales that hasn't cleared the "holding period" yet. It will be moved to available balance 7-14 days after order delivery.
Why is it pending? It's a security period for potential returns and disputes. If the customer returns the product, this amount will be reclaimed.
Example: If 380.00 EUR is pending, this amount will be added to your available balance within approximately 1-2 weeks.
This Month's Revenue
What it means: Your total gross (raw) sales amount for this calendar month. This is the figure before commission is deducted.
Example: You made 3,500 EUR in sales this month. The amount you actually receive will be less after commission and other deductions.
This Month's Commission
What it means: The total commission amount and percentage rate the platform has deducted from you this month.
Example: If you see 420.00 EUR (12%), it means 420 EUR out of 3,500 EUR in sales was deducted as platform commission.
How Is Commission Calculated?
Commission is a fee deducted by the platform from each of your sales. The rate depends on the following factors:
| Factor | Description |
|---|---|
| Your Subscription Plan | Higher plans offer lower commission rates |
| Product Category | Different rates may apply to different categories |
| Your Seller Tier | Platinum-tier sellers get an additional commission discount |
Real-world example:
Customer order total: 100.00 EUR
Commission rate: 12%
────────────────────────────────────
Platform commission: - 12.00 EUR
XiriPoints contribution (1%): - 1.00 EUR
────────────────────────────────────
Your net amount: 87.00 EURYou can see your commission rate on the "Commission Info" card on the Finance > Overview page. You may want to consider upgrading your subscription plan for a lower commission rate. Subscription →

XiriPoints Loyalty Fund
On the Finance > XiriPoints page, you can track your contribution to the XiriGo customer loyalty program.
How Does XiriPoints Work?
A customer buys a product from you (e.g., 100 EUR).
A small percentage (such as 1%) of your sale is transferred to the XiriPoints fund. In this example, that's 1 EUR.
The platform matches the contribution. A total of 2 EUR worth of points is created.
The customer earns XiriPoints for this purchase and can use them in future orders.
When the customer spends their points, the point value is paid from the fund.
Loyalty Fund Summary Cards
| Card | What It Shows | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Your Total Contribution | Your total contribution to the XiriPoints fund to date | 245.80 EUR |
| Spent | Total amount customers have spent using points | 89.20 EUR |
| Net Contribution | Total contribution - spent | 156.60 EUR |

| Points | Number of XiriPoints |

FIFO Expiry (Points Expiration)
XiriPoints have an expiration period (usually 12 months). Unspent points expire and your contribution is returned to your balance.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Next Expiry | The expiry date of the oldest unspent points |
| Points Expiring | How many points and their EUR value |
Good news: The monetary value of expired points is refunded back to your balance. This means your XiriPoints contribution only costs you money when a customer actually uses their points.
