Analytics and Reports

This section covers two main pages:

  • Performance — Your seller score and tier
  • Reports — Downloadable sales/stock/payment reports

The analytics dashboard also includes sales charts, best-selling products, and customer geography.

Performance Dashboard

Navigate to Analytics > Performance.

Overall Score

At the very top of the page, your overall performance score is displayed inside a large circle (ranging from 0-100).

What is this score used for?

  • Customers see this score on your store page
  • A high score = more trust = more sales
  • Higher-scoring sellers rank higher in search results
  • A high score is required to reach Platinum tier

Seller Tier

Based on your score and order count, you have a tier level:

TierScore RequirementOrder RequirementBenefits

Performance History

A chart of your monthly performance score. You can view the trend over the last 12 months. Score drops are usually caused by:

  • Late shipments during busy periods
  • Offers remaining active despite being out of stock
  • Unanswered messages
